Clubhouse
Rental Fees as of January 1, 2012: Clubhouse Fee: $500, with $200 deposit. $100 Cleaning Fee will come out of deposit.
Bar Area Only: $150, with $150 deposit.
Deposit will be forfeited if the clubhouse is not cleaned up after
rental.
Shelter
House Area and Shed Fee: $75, deposit $50.
